Oracle Recruiting to ADP Recruiting Management® Use Case Details
There are three use cases for integrating Oracle Recruiting with ADP Recruiting Management®.
Requisition Creation
- As you create new requisitions in Oracle Recruiting and they are ready to be posted, this prebuilt integration will create a copy of the requisition in ADP Recruiting Management®.
Candidate Creation & Resume Import
- As candidates apply to requisitions in Oracle Recruiting their information will be sent to ADP Recruiting Management® to create Candidate profiles. The Candidate's resume will also be included.
Candidate Status Sync Bi-directional
- As candidate statuses change they will be kept in sync between Oracle Recruiting and ADP Recruiting Management®.
